Production Planner
to support and optimize manufacturing operations. This role is open to
early-career through experienced planners
who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven production environment. Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and quality teams Balance capacity, labor, and material availability Release and manage work orders within the ERP/MRP system Track production progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts Communicate schedule changes clearly to internal stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and workflow efficiency Qualifications
1–7 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination Experience in a manufacturing environment (precision machining or metal manufacturing preferred) Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt to changing production demands Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in CNC machining or tight-tolerance manufacturing Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives Why This Opportunity
