Responsibilities
Coordinate daily tasks according to scheduled routes.
Monitor attendance and productivity of a 2–3 person crew.
Provide supervision and training to all crew members.
Review daily work orders, inspect, and verify that materials loaded into the vehicle are adequate for the assignment.
Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote a safety culture among crew members, including proper use of machinery and equipment, and resolve problems when they arise.
Monitor and report to Area Quality Managers project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities promptly.
Assist crew members in loading and unloading materials as needed.
Assist crew members in removing, filling, compacting, and preparing terrain.
Install silt fencing and erosion‑control blankets using a variety of hand tools.
Perform site clean‑up and reload leftover materials after the job assignment is complete.
Required Qualifications
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license and three years of verifiable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen.
Ability to understand/follow directions and take instructions in English.
Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in inclement weather conditions such as rain, heat, and cold.
Prior work experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead.
Prior experience operating small machinery such as Bobcat and other excavating equipment.
Experience driving a ½ or ¾ ton truck with a 20+ foot trailer attached, fully loaded.
Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work is available immediately for qualified candidates. Overtime is available during peak season.
