Machine Operator

The essential role of our CNC Machine Operator is to set up and operate CNC manufacturing equipment in a fast‑paced environment. The operator may set up production jobs, load raw material, monitor machinery, and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet our customers’ requirements.
Responsibilities
Produce machined parts by operating CNC machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Observe operation of CNC machines and verify conformance of workpiece to specifications.
Set up machines on a flexible basis to ensure optimum workflow.
Deburr parts to meet specifications.
Properly fill out and document inspection reports.
Follow safety procedures.
Clean equipment and keep work area neat and organized daily.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
1–3 years' experience as a CNC mill operator preferred; willing to train qualified candidates.
Knowledge of production procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Read basic measuring devices including micrometers and calipers.
Good math knowledge.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Teamwork.
Multi‑tasking ability.
Good verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Capable of mentoring and teaching colleagues with less experience.
Physical stamina and strength.
Must be able to lift 25–35 pounds regularly and occasionally 35–50 pounds; considerable standing, stooping, and bending required.
