Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to support Production Equipment Maintenance in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities
Manages employee activities within the production maintenance occupation including production maintenance planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, production maintenance provisioning, engineering, construction and plant & equipment maintenance
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years of experience working in Production Equipment Maintenance
Leadership experience in a formal or informal capacity
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Experience working with Ground Support Equipment Maintenance
Experience with Flight Ramp Operations

Summary pay range: $111,350 – $150,650.
