We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Night Shift Welder
to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, Incoloy 625, and other materials.
Execute short arc and pulse welding techniques to meet project specifications.
Weld stainless steel grades 316 and 304 with precision and consistency.
Weld Incoloy 625 and various chrome grades of pipe (13, 22, and 25).
Work with thin materials, demonstrating skill and accuracy.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings.
Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure compliance with standards.
Monitor and perform daily maintenance of machines.
Requirements
Must be available to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding processes.
Strong knowledge of welding stainless steel, Incoloy 625, and chrome-grade pipes.
Ability to perform short arc and pulse welding techniques.
Experience welding thin materials is a plus.
Familiarity with welding codes and safety standards.
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Hours 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM for days requiring an 8‑hour shift.
3:30 PM to 2:00 AM for days requiring a 10‑hour shift.
