Quality Technician – Batesville

at Batesville, Imperial, PA.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role At Batesville As the RDC Quality Technician, you will be responsible for assessing damaged product and restoring product to its factory original condition.

The expected pay for this role is $19.50 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do

Repair metal and wood caskets to the original best quality

Keep work area clean and always organized

Work with and report to RDC Manager to keep inventory flow controlled

Have sense of urgency regarding first in first out

Other duties may be assigned

What You’ll Bring

Knowledge of metal and wood repair representing top quality

Know how to organize work area to maximize productivity

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI activities and initiatives

Nice to Haves

Strong safety background while looking for continued areas of improvement

2 years related experience and/or training; and experience with an emphasis in auto body/wood repair field.
