Overview
We are looking for MIG/TIG Rework Welders in St. Louis, MO who are eager to grow within an organization on a long-term full-time basis. No prior training required: you will be able to train on the 1st shift.
Responsibilities
Rework pre‑welded assemblies from robotic stations.
Correct surface defects such as dings, dents, and buckles in exhaust systems.
Shift Schedule
1st: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
2nd: 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm
3rd: 10:30 pm – 6:30 am
Pay & Benefits
Starting pay: $25.00 per hour.
Benefits: Attendance bonus, health/dental/vision insurance (available throughout the contract period), and additional benefits upon direct hire.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Must pass drug test, background check, and each standard global re‑certification test as required.
Qualified to perform GMAW (MIG/MAG) and GTAW (TIG) processes.
Excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
Must wear steel‑toed shoes and long pants on the job site.
