Your role As a Field Service Technician, you will support our customers by troubleshooting and repairing air compressors, air dryers, auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers. You will also pressure‑wash equipment pads, communicate with customers and managers, fill out required documentation, train other technicians, promote safety, set up and pipe compressor systems, and participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on‑call pool.

Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers.

Pressure wash and clean customer equipment pads, including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc.

Communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and present options for repairs, upgrades, or other needs.

Complete all work orders, start‑up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slips.

Assist and train other Service Technicians.

Promote proper safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.

Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed.

Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on‑call pool with other Technicians.

To succeed, you need

A valid driver’s license.

At least 3 years of experience as a technician.

Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair.

Customer‑focused attitude and ownership of meeting customer needs.

Availability of basic required tools.

Location Remote with a dedicated territory; report to our New Braunfels, TX location.
