Job Overview The Delivery Installer will professionally deliver, install, move, and/or remove vending and cooler equipment at customer locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. The role includes customer service and communication with internal stakeholders such as CCC, CCNA, and ERS, and the opportunity to sell revenue‑generating services through CCC ERS.
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle replacement, installation, and removal of vending and cooler equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble equipment on site, loading and unloading using forklift, pallet jack, and vendor dollies.
Remove packaging materials and equipment pods with cordless impact driver, sockets, and wrenches, verifying assigned asset numbers.
Drive responsibly, following all motor‑vehicle laws, and complete required safety trainings and DOT inspections.
Maintain sole responsibility for keys, money, and inventory, signing out and returning assets at shift end.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues; place service calls when unable to resolve.
Use handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery, removal, and movement records.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Able to lift 50–100 pounds and move large equipment in varied temperatures.
Experience operating vehicles, hand trucks, stair climbers, product carts, dollies, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools.
Organized and able to work effectively within a team.
Durable endurance for long driving or riding periods.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Up to 12 months of relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical certificate.
Forklift and pallet jack certification.
Preferred Qualifications None.
Work Environment Work may involve exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas that are not temperature controlled.
