Job Summary: Makes general repairs and performs work in several crafts safely and efficiently as required. Qualifications : Five years’ experience in three or more of the following areas: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, masonry, refrigeration. Driver's license required. Ability to operate heavy equipment preferred. On-call at all times for emergencies. The base range for this position is $20.50 - $22.04 per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
