What You’ll Do

Collaborate with a supportive team in a clean, high‑tech environment. Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. Assemble electro‑mechanical components, cables, and wire harnesses using tools like crimpers and wire strippers. Perform point‑to‑point wiring and equipment installations with precision. Maintain productivity and quality standards while keeping your workspace organized and safe. Document work accurately in production and quality forms. Obtain a DoD security clearance (company will assist if required). What We’re Looking For

Experience in assembly, production, or similar hands‑on work. Comfortable using hand tools and working with mechanical or electrical components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams. Bonus: Experience with electronics, soldering, fiber optics, or cable assembly. Certifications like WHMA/IPC‑A‑620 or IPC‑A‑610 are a plus (or willingness to obtain). Qualifications

2+ years of assembly experience preferred. High School diploma required; technical or electronics training is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team. Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to follow processes. Why You’ll Love Working Here

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
