Pay Range Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Position Summary Assembles equipment for the company and its customers. Performs work in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble equipment as assigned by the Set-Up Manager.
Perform any inspections as required.
Keep Set-Up Manager informed on special parts orders, shortages and malfunctions.
Maintain a current knowledge of products, technology, and models.
Help maintain cleanliness, neatness and safety of building and lot.
Keep shop vehicles clean and serviced.
Participate in special programs, such as sales of service packages, demonstration programs, etc.
Maintain a positive attitude and be respectful toward fellow employees and managers.
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services and support of all staff.
Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively.
Promote a positive attitude at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Exhibit Birkey's high level of customer service on a daily basis.
Acknowledge appreciation of clients and customers.
