Electrician – CSL Technology Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to become a part of our team of lighting, electrical and building automation experts.
Pay Range Base pay: $27.00/hr – $35.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems, including fixtures, controls, and PLC systems.
Maintain and repair electrical components such as switches, fuses, ballasts, and wiring.
Operate safely from bucket trucks, scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolds to install or upgrade wiring and fixtures.
Assist with layout and installation of wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
Perform preventative maintenance through inspection of electrical systems and components.
Follow blueprints to determine wiring locations and ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
Install conduit, pipes, or tubing and pull insulated wires or cables to complete circuits.
Diagnose cause of electrical or system malfunctions and troubleshoot PLC control systems.
Inspect and test electrical lighting, signals, communication, and power circuits.
Complete all calls efficiently, troubleshoot malfunctions, and educate customers.
Qualifications
5+ years of documented industrial or commercial journeyman electrician experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to company site.
DOT certification (or ability to obtain).
Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
Proficient in NEC codes & guidelines and able to read and troubleshoot blueprints or schematics.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all-season weather, including digging trenches and lifting objects up to 50 lb.
Must be able to travel locally and out‑of‑state for weekly projects; Monday‑Friday travel required.
Good communication skills, punctuality, and ability to work scheduled time for the duration of the project.
