Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site position based out of the Champaign/East‑Central Illinois area and surrounding communities for a Copier/Printer Service Technician. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues with copiers, printers, multi‑function devices, and related equipment. Additionally, the technician will perform routine maintenance, provide troubleshooting support, ensure proper operation of print devices, and assist in print production and quality checks. Maintaining strong client communication and delivering exceptional customer service is a crucial part of this role.
Qualifications
Strong problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks on‑site
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in printer/copier maintenance and repair is preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
