Electromechanical Technician - 1st Shift
Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $40.00/hr.

We are seeking dedicated and skilled maintenance technicians to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment and machinery in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify signs of malfunction.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery running at peak performance.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components, utilizing schematics and technical drawings.
Coordinate with the production team to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Document all maintenance and repair work, maintaining accurate records.
Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to share knowledge and solve complex problems.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance technician role within manufacturing.
Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
Technical training or certification in hydraulics, maintenance, or related field is desirable.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
Adherence to safety protocols.
Physical stamina and strength, able to lift heavy objects and work on feet for extended periods.
Proficiency with power and hand tools for maintenance tasks.
