Key Responsibilities

Document all work performed while following dealership policies for accuracy and transparency.
Manage repair timelines effectively to reduce customer downtime and maintain high efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot various technical systems.
Reliability and professionalism with an eye for quality work.
Eagerness to learn—RV experience is preferred but not required; we provide ongoing training.
Prior RV dealership or automotive technician experience (preferred).
Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or appliance repair are a strong plus.
RVDA/RVIA certification is highly valued but not required.
