Falcon Lakeside Manufacturing, an ArtiFlex Family Company in Stevensville, MI, is looking for a
CNC Operator/Assembler
to join our close-knit 2nd shift team. This position plays a key role in machining, assembly, and quality control of cast parts. You’ll work in a small, supportive team environment where everyone relies on one another to deliver precision, consistency, and high-quality results.
What You’ll Do
Load castings onto machine fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement
Assemble components to provide our customers complete, ready to use parts
Operate CNC machines, start machining cycles, and remove finished parts for inspection or additional operations
Perform visual and dimensional checks using measuring tools to ensure top-quality standards
Pack completed parts into specified containers and repeat machining and assembly cycles as required
Maintain accountability for the quality of your work and report any issues to your Lead or Production Manager
Accurately complete production documentation, including part types, run hours, and quantities
What You Bring
Previous CNC operating and/or assembly experience preferred (we’re willing to train the right person)
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality parts
Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform consistent, repeatable work
Basic mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
High school diploma or equivalent
A team-first attitude — we’re a small group that depends on each other to succeed
Who You Will Report To
2nd Shift Supervisor
Shift Hours
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (4 × 10-hour days). Occasional overtime: Fridays as needed
