WORK HOURS:
Monday‑Friday 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (OT as required and during peak operations Jul‑Dec).
How You Will Make An Impact The BSN Sports Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining either single‑head or multi‑head commercial embroidery machines to create decorative designs on various types of sporting apparel.
What You Will Do
Prepare and set up embroidery machines for production, including threading, loading designs, and adjusting settings.
Import and manipulate embroidery designs using software to fit specific fabric types and sizes.
Monitor the stitching process to ensure high‑quality output and check for errors or defects.
Perform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to keep them operating smoothly.
Track production schedules and inventory levels of materials.
Work with designers and production teams to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Familiarity with embroidery machines and software.
Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
Capability to troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
Understanding of design principles to assist in creating appealing patterns.
Education/Experience
HS Diploma or GED (required).
Previous warehouse experience is a bonus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
Ability to read English instructions.
Quick learner, detail oriented, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
Must see and differentiate colors for accuracy in inspecting the product during and after processing.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive movements, lift 15–35 lbs on a regular basis, and work in a climate‑controlled environment.
