Machine Operator – 2nd Shift – On the Job Paid Training!

Pay Range:
$24.20 - $25.30 / hour.
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will produce machined parts for our plasma cutting systems through machining, assembly, and packaging tasks using standard work instructions. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impact, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits.
Immediate opportunity for advancement of pay in your first year. Hourly range is $24.20 - $25.20 / hour for 2nd shift Machine Operators. ($25.20/hour reflects achievement of Machine Operator II certification or for experienced Machine Operators, upon successful completion of an assessment)
Reduced medical premiums – starting on Day 1
Employee Stock Ownership and annual profit‑sharing with a target of 20%
Starting annual accrual of 3 weeks of earned time, 10 holidays, and 40 hours of community service time

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Comfort and interest in working with technology, including experience and familiarity using MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and Windows operating systems
A positive attitude and willingness to learn technical material
Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
Critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
Ability to follow and process instructions
Basic math understanding (we will provide coaching)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work 2nd shift – Monday – Friday – 3:10 pm – 11:10 pm
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
Standing for extended periods – 8-hour shifts
Repetitive motion
Fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Location: Lebanon & Hannover, New Hampshire.
