Job Overview
Operator I in the Water Department.
Responsibilities
Operate water treatment plants, booster stations, and water wells.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
High school graduate or G.E.D. required.
Must obtain Class "D" Water certification from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality within one year of employment.
Must obtain Class "C" certification within the second year of employment.
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required.
Insurable status required.
Position is safety/security sensitive and subject to pre‑employment, reasonable‑suspicion, and random drug and alcohol screening.
