Job Type : Full‑time, Non‑exempt, 100% Onsite
Hours : Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Eastern Time
Position Summary Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. seeks an experienced
Assembler 3
to perform advanced technical assembly work on construction, agriculture, and aerial lift equipment. Responsibilities include installing and servicing hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, AC systems, heavy parts, and cabins on equipment, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting and decision‑making, and mentoring lower‑level assemblers.
Responsibilities
Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment to install and service hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, AC systems, heavy parts, and cabins on construction equipment.
Perform all Assemble 1 and 2 duties independently and accurately.
Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Anticipate consequences of adjustments and sequence tasks effectively.
Work with Liu Gong and Hyundai/Develon equipment.
Serve as a technical resource and informal mentor to other‑level assemblers.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
Understand interdependencies between components and systems.
Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and independent decision‑making.
Strong attention to detail; work accurately with little to no supervision.
Exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
Collaborate and solve problems across teams.
Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely as required.
Work comfortably in small, confined spaces.
Climb up, under, around, and over large equipment; work at heights up to 9 ft.
Hold a current, valid driver’s license.
Recent forklift experience required.
