Production Associate
Georgia‑Pacific is hiring Production Associates at its Corrugated facility in Sheboygan, WI.
Shift Information Flexible scheduling is required; all shifts, overtime, and Saturdays may be requested. Shift assignment is not guaranteed.
Shift hours:
1st shift: 6 AM – 2 PM
2nd shift: 2 PM – 10 PM
3rd shift: 10 PM – 6 AM (starts Sunday night)
Physical location: 1927 Erie Ave, Sheboygan WI 53081
What You Will Do
Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of the work area.
Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required safety equipment.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud, noisy, industrial, high‑volume environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or military environment or completion of post‑high‑school education in manufacturing/industrial.
Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
