Production Manager
to lead manufacturing operations (machining, assembly, warehouse, shipping & Receiving) at our Glendale, AZ facility. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Develop and execute production plans aligned with business goals and customer demand
Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and hourly team members
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and operational excellence principles
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality/Safety
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
Support workforce planning, training, and performance management initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
Proven experience managing teams, schedules, and production metrics
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and safety practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in pump manufacturing or heavy industrial equipment is a plus
