The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom civil construction and will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and communication equipment. Responsibilities
Perform line / utility installations Grounding as needed Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures Operate heavy equipment Requirements
Previous experience in the telecom industry, specifically in civil construction Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings Strong communication skills Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools Willingness to work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensations
Starting Base Pay: $19-$25 depending on experience $2,000 Sign‑on Bonus paid after 6 months of continuous employment Employment progress reviews at 45, 90, 180, and 365 days, annually thereafter, with potential raise based on performance Per diem paid weekly starting at $130 per day Generous end‑of‑year bonuses Paid travel to and from regular rotation breaks Christmas and New Years OFF Benefits
