Job Description
Responsible for efficient diagnosis, repair and maintenance of guests’ vehicles. As an Automotive Technician, you will be an essential team member performing repair services on guest vehicles and delivering 5‑star guest experiences.
Compensation
Hourly guaranteed range $16 - $18 per hour, eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Flat Rate range $25 - $36 per hour flagged, pay based on experience level.
Responsibilities
Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all manner of automotive repairs and maintenance, qualified to perform.
Secure guest’s approval to perform work as a result of the diagnosis and maintain a clean work area.
Complete thorough vehicle inspections on every vehicle you service and perform any repairs and maintenance.
Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck in a safe manner to pick up inventory as needed.
Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
