Assist in building and expand a high-quality electrical team/department
Deliver high-quality work with integrity, continuously learning and improving.
Provide solutions to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions for their homes.
Install and upgrade residential electrical systems with precision and expertise.
Collaborate effectively with HVAC install teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
Ensure all electrical systems meet company standards, the National Electrical Code, and other relevant local codes.
What Does It Take?
Must hold a Master Electrician Licensure with the state of Ohio.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work, with a preference for installation.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
High integrity and advanced interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong commitment to safety, both on the road and in the field.
