Worker Asphalt/Grading (Black Top) Construction
position. This entry-level Equipment Operator will support construction operations and gain experience with small equipment and eventually advanced operations.

The Position Responsibilities include raking, shoveling, cleaning, measuring, traffic control, and operating small equipment (saw, blower, etc.). The role also introduces operators to advanced equipment operation.

Location Projects vary across the local area and state. The candidate must be willing and able to travel to job sites and have reliable transportation.
The Candidate
Valid Driver's License with satisfactory record
CDL preferred but not required
High School diploma or GED preferred
Punctual, dependable, and able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends
Capable of working in variable weather and dirty/dusty environments
Union membership preferred but not required; HR offers assistance
Previous construction experience preferred; experience in landscaping, farming, or raking/shoveling also preferred
