We are looking for Machine Operator Assistants to work on our manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will operate corrugated components and machinery, using a variety of hand, air and light power tools. Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment at a steady pace are essential.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain machines on the production line.
Use hand, air and light power tools to complete tasks.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Qualifications
Entry-level experience with manufacturing equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
