Automotive Technician - State Inspection

We’re looking for automotive mechanics with a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana — the fastest‑growing used‑car retailer in U.S. history.
Responsibilities
Perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires.
Carry out routine inspections and basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments.
Assist in other light to medium automotive maintenance as required.
Technician Levels
Entry‑Level Auto Technician (min 6 months experience): light maintenance, fluid checks, initial inspection.
Brake & Tire Technician (min 1 year experience): light maintenance or repairs, change brakes and tires.
Mid‑Level Technician (min 3 years experience): light to medium repairs and minimal diagnostics.
Experienced Technician (min 5 years experience): extensive repairs, heavy engine work, advanced diagnostics on all makes, including electric and hybrid.

Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
Lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes outdoors in extreme weather.
Use safety equipment, including face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
