About the Role Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We’re looking for an experienced Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder to join our dynamic team and help build high-performance heat transfer products, including condensers and cooling units. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Weld aluminum components using MIG and TIG techniques with accuracy and consistency

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Set up and operate welding equipment and tools

Inspect welds for quality and compliance

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support continuous improvement in welding processes

What You Bring

2+ years of aluminum MIG & TIG welding experience

Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS D1.2)

Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions

Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding

Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE provided)

Frequently required to sit/stand, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls

Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and occasionally reach above shoulders
