Production Operators / Material Handlers - Electronics Manufacturing
iBoost Talent Raleigh South, Morrisville, North Carolina, United States, 27560
We're building our talent pipeline now for client needs ramping up in early 2026. This posting helps us identify and pre‑qualify strong candidates so when our client is ready to hire, we can move fast. If you're exploring opportunities for the new year, apply now and we'll keep you updated on timing.
What You'll Do: Apply and remove masking materials to electronic components under magnification—working with parts ranging from less than 1/16" to several inches. You'll operate precision equipment (coating baths, ovens, benchtop dispensers, hot glue guns) following clear instructions and established workflows. This is detail‑oriented work in a controlled environment. You'll handle electronic assemblies using proper ESD protection and contamination prevention methods, then inspect and pack finished parts.
Day-to-day:
Apply masking materials (tapes, films, etc.) to precision components
Operate coating equipment per established procedures
Work under magnification devices for fine detail tasks
Follow ESD protection protocols for sensitive electronics
Inspect and pack completed parts
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
What You Need:
Steady hands and excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working under magnification devices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience in electronics assembly or precision manufacturing (preferred)
Quality inspection mindset—catching defects before they leave your station
What Happens Next: We'll review applications on a rolling basis and reach out to qualified candidates for phone screens. If you're a strong match, we'll stay in touch as the client's hiring timeline firms up. No ghosting—if we can't place you in this role, we'll tell you and potentially match you with other opportunities.
