Operates tools and machinery within the repair shop to provide ski and snowboard repairs, waxing, mounting, and boot work
Assists rentals in providing guest services related to the proper selection, fitting, renting and selling of a variety of winter sports equipment and accessories
Maintain high level of attention to detail and safety
Preform maintenance on ski and snowboard gear
Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction
Ensure guests are well‑equipped for a day on the mountain by providing them with helpful direction.
Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products
Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedure
Maintain rental fleet and inventory accountability
Assist with tracking equipment and inventory regularly
Assist management with prevention of theft, both internally and externally
Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and ability work with powered machinery and tools in a safe and professional manner
Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Resort Occupational Safety & Health Compliance Manual and department‑specific procedures and manuals
Drive in accordance with the law and Snowbasin Resort policies; safe driving record
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?
Knowledge of current industry products and trends
Advanced ski/snowboard level
Experience with equipment tuning and repair
Experience with power machinery and tools
