Midwest Concrete Materials
We are currently looking for someone to work on our aggregate crew with primary responsibilities operating the dredge and wheel loader as demand requires.
Job Functions
Perform daily preventative maintenance, pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Ability to load trucks with a wheel loader
Working knowledge of various welding techniques
Scale house operator
Good judgment regarding work site access and equipment operation
Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner
Perform all tasks with safety in mind
Ability to operate CDL vehicles as needed a plus
Performs all job duties in accordance with MSHA rules and regulations
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment required
Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred
CDL Class B or higher preferred
Physical Requirements
Lift objects of various dimensions and weights
Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push and pull objects
Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather
