AC installers (All phases) for residential new construction work.
Specific Qualifications Only those with new construction experience will be considered.
Location Urgently Hiring Tampa, FL
Key Responsibilities
Perform HVAC installation tasks including rough and trim work in residential new construction settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
Install ductwork, vents, piping, and other components according to design and code specifications.
Install HVAC units and related equipment ensuring proper functionality.
Collaborate effectively with construction teams to coordinate installations and resolve issues.
Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on rough and trim work in residential new construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to HVAC installation.
Clean driving record and ability to commute to various job sites as assigned.
Commitment to maintaining a drug‑free workplace environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
