What You'll Be Doing As a Service Technician, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for commercial clients across the region—including restaurants, food retailers, cold storage facilities, and senior living communities. You'll diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment, playing a vital role in keeping essential businesses running.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
Provide top-tier service with professionalism and urgency
Utilize mobile tech for real-time job documentation and communication
Collaborate with dispatch and field managers to optimize scheduling
Keep your service vehicle clean and organized
Mentor junior technicians (if experienced) and contribute to a supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands‑on experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or food service equipment repair
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
A self‑starter with pride in their craft and a drive for excellence
