The
Complaint Investigations Tech
is an entry-level laboratory role within the Complaint Investigations Lab. This position is responsible for processing and investigating returned medical device products to support customer complaint resolution. Key Responsibilities
Investigate returned products (blood glucose meters, strips, sensors) Perform routine physical, chemical, and functional testing Use lab equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, test fixtures Document investigation results and maintain quality records Follow SOPs and support timely complaint resolution Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with technical experience Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet-based systems) Maintain proper documentation of all laboratory work and quality records We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.
