Our Dudley, NC facility is one of Georgia‑Pacific’s largest Building Products manufacturing plants. We look for Machine Operators to operate various types of equipment and perform duties such as preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
Our Team Our Dudley team manufactures Plytanium® Plywood, including AC and BC, Sidings, and Sturd‑I‑Floor® Plytanium® Plywood which are used in sheathing, roof decking, sub‑flooring and other specialty applications.
Benefits
12‑hour shifts.
$22.00 per hour starting pay rate.
$2.00 shift differential for night shift.
Quarterly performance pay opportunities.
Day‑one 40‑hour vacation.
Overtime pay over 40 hours.
Opportunities for growth once qualified on equipment.
What You Will Do
Adhere to safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
Learn to operate various machines throughout the department.
Adjust to changing work schedules to meet business demands.
Keep work area clean throughout the shift.
Assist team members throughout the department as needed.
Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours/day in a loud, hot, humid, dusty, and high‑volume environment.
Pull and lift plywood, panels, or scraps that could be up to 14 lbs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Two years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Forklift operating experience.

Wood products manufacturing experience.
