Responsibilities
Follow all safety practices including proper use of personal protective equipment.
Obtain required information from customers for all transactions, complete required purchasing and shipping documents, and conduct daily reconciliations.
Review all documents to ensure regulatory and company requirements are met.
Coordinate shipments (rail and truck) and maintain safety records.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Basic math, account reconciliation, computer and data entry skills.
Effective verbal and written communication with customers.
Understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
Flexible to work in an industrial environment, including being outdoors in all weather conditions.
Basic computer knowledge for work‑related purposes.
5 day work week – Mon - Fri, 7:50am - 4:30pm.
Qualifications
High School diploma; college degree preferred.
Basic math, account reconciliation, computer and data entry skills.
Effective verbal and written communication with customers.
Understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
Flexible to work in an industrial environment, including being outdoors in all weather conditions.
Basic computer knowledge for work‑related purposes.
5 day work week – Mon - Fri, 7:50am - 4:30pm.
Preferences
2 years’ cash handling and direct customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
