Full Time position in Hanover, MD. 2nd or 3rd shift available based on operational needs. First‑year earning potential $55,000 – $65,000.
Job Description Diesel Mechanic under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing diesel‑powered vehicles, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Required Experience
Class A: Master Mechanic with 5 years’ experience on trucks, buses, or heavy equipment
Class B: Mid‑Level with 3 years’ experience on trucks, buses, or heavy equipment
Minimum Requirements
Formal technical training degree, certificate, or diploma, or equivalent work experience
Strong managerial and organizational skills
Physical ability to bend, stoop, crawl, walk, and sit regularly with frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds
Certification in diesel mechanics
CDL preferred
Effective written and oral communication skills
