Job Overview:
As an Assembly Associate you will help build assemblies and sub-assemblies — from simple to complex — by following standard procedures and using hand tools and light power tools. You will work in a manufacturing environment specializing in metal fabrication, machining, painting, welding, stamping, and assembling components and finished products.
Job Duties:
Assist in assembling products or sub-assemblies according to established work orders, drawings, and specifications.
Use hand tools and light power tools to fit, install, and secure components.
Align parts, insert fasteners, and verify placement for quality and correct fit.
Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as eye and hearing protection.
