Job Description An employer is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join a 12-person team on 2nd shift (2:15 PM–10:30 PM). This role supports plant and packaging operations, focusing on troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues on filling equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with facility improvements. The ideal candidate has an electro‑mechanical background, strong work ethic, and experience with HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and Allen Bradley controls. Responsibilities also include leading the production line, coordinating with temporary staff, and accurately documenting shift turnover notes to ensure operational excellence.
Compensation $28/hr to $31.75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
