Automotive Technician / Mechanic | Air-Conditioned Shop & Weekends Off | Jacksonville (Bartram Park)
We are looking for automotive technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. Technicians seek out solutions to tough problems with a passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and fix vehicles, providing accurate and honest courtesy inspections
Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Work as part of team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Communicate customer concerns with the service department
Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications
Positive attitude and desire to serve customers
3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
ASE certification preferred, or plan to achieve
Capability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
Meet or exceed hourly goals
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication
Desire for long‑term career development
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Work with tools on vehicles lifted above the head
Work in tight spaces as required by the vehicle’s needed repair
Use hand tools with dexterity
Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer
