2+ years of hands‑on CNC machine operating experience required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality parts
Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills

What Your Workday Looks Like
Operate CNC milling and turning machines in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
Set up machines, tooling, fixtures, and work holding per job requirements
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and tolerances
Make basic edits to existing CNC programs (G‑code/M‑code as needed)
Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Deburr, clean, and prepare finished parts for the next operation
Maintain accurate job documentation and follow travelers/work instructions
Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures consistently
