We are growing andwe're looking for an experienced
CNC Machinist
to join our
1st shift team (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m.)

We specialize in one-of-a-kind and small-run projects for world‑class customers, including top research labs and technology‑driven industries. From prototype development to final assembly, our machinists are a key part of turning ambitious ideas into reality.
Job Responsibilities
Set‑up, program (Fusion 360), and operate CNC equipment, including Hurco 5‑axis, Hurco 3 & 4‑axis, Hurco TMM10, G&L, Haas, and more
Occasionally work with manual mills and lathes Bullard VTL experience is a plus
Machine high‑precision parts to tight tolerances following blueprints, travelers, and GD&T requirements
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot machining challenges and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with engineering, welding, and assembly teams, especially during prototype builds
Train and support less experienced machinists as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Job Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree preferred
5+ years of CNC machining experience in a job shop environment
Strong CAM programming experience (5+ years,
Fusion 360
preferred)
Manual machining skills; Bullard VTL experience a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T
Skilled with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
Strong problem‑solving skills, independence, and a solid work ethic
Able to stand, bend, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift
Clear verbal and written communication in English
