Quality Technician
– Incoming inspection on 2nd shift in Mt Juliet, TN. Seek strong low/medium voltage testing background. Collaborate closely with Engineering.
Responsibilities
Inspect incoming components and materials to verify compliance with specifications.
Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances; collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Accurately record inspection results in SAP; maintain proper documentation for traceability and audits.
Wear prescribed personal protective equipment and maintain it in good condition; report hazards, incidents, and accidents to supervisors.
Qualifications
High‑school diploma or GED required; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
Skilled in validating and correcting technical documents, including test procedures; manage technical tasks independently with strong analytical skills.
Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills (written and oral), strong organizational abilities, computer proficiency.
Ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder; lift 22–26 lb independently and repetitively.
