Flat Rate Automotive Technicians
to join our Auto Dealership. Prior Automotive Technician/ Mechanic experience is required.

Qualifications
Prior Automotive Technician/ Mechanic experience required
Honda/ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to work in a flat-rate environment
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda and other makes/models efficiently and accurately
Perform a wide range of automotive services including brakes, suspension, engine repair, alignments, and more
Use manufacturer diagnostic systems and specialized tools
Follow all safety and manufacturer procedures
Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
Keep a clean and organized workspace
