Job Opportunity: Assembler (Level 3 & 4)
Location: Columbia, South Carolina Shift
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Wage
Assembler 3: $18.00/hour Assembler 4: $19.50/hour About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Assemblers. You’ll be working with electronic components and subassemblies in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in structured settings, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do
Assemble, align, and secure electronic parts using hand tools or machinery Follow work orders, diagrams, and verbal instructions Perform basic machine operation and maintenance Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards Maintain a clean and safe workstation Support team goals and deadlines What We’re Looking For
Assembler 3: 1–3 years of assembly or related experience / experience with Electronics Assembly Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Comfortable with repetitive tasks and light physical labor Able to follow moderately complex instructions Assembler 4: 3–5 years of assembly experience Intermediate technical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with different assembly processes and quality control standards Comfortable training and supporting new team members Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent preferred Basic English communication skills Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (Assembler 4: may be asked to lift up to 50 lbs) Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or similar environment a plus Why Join Us
