is looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our team. If you are a certified technician who enjoys providing excellent customer service, a flexible schedule, and working independently, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel to customers' locations to provide mobile service within 30 miles of Salisbury, MD
Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
Communicates directly with the customers to keep them informed on work completed and cost estimates
Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of Service Technician experience
ASE Certification required
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer Skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player
Must have a valid driver’s license
Math, reading, and computer skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Base salary of $70,000 per year
