Springfield, OH Pay Rate: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour Shift:
(1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday) (2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11 PM | Monday - Friday)

Skills That Make You Stand Out
Prior manufacturing or shop experience preferred.
Mill and lathe experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with machine operation, warehouse work, and assembly processes.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and capable of working at a steady, self‑paced rhythm.
Work That Matters
Assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate basic manufacturing and shop equipment.
Perform tasks such as grinding, packing, and machine operation.
Use and maintain mills and lathes (experience a strong plus).
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
