Qualifications
Previous construction experience preferred; previous solar installation, electrical and/or roofing experience a plus Work a minimum of 40 hours per week Possess full range of mobility in upper and lower body Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods Must be able to work in direct sunlight for extended periods Ability to work on rooftops and from ladders in a safe manner Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday Have and maintain a valid driver’s license Professional appearance and client interaction South Coast Solar is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
